All online sessions will be facilitated using the ZOOM video conferencing platform.
Please ensure you are using a device that allows for video & audio.
On the day of the appointment, it is recommended that you connect 5 minutes prior to your session start time.
You will receive the zoom link in your appointment confirmation email.

Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment is made via the secure online payment gateway.
Cancelation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be offered a 50% refund.
Cancellations made prior will receive a full refund or the option for a credit to reschedule within 12 months.
No refunds will be given for same-day cancellations.
